I provide therapy to adults over the age of 25, utilizing a blend of cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, psychodynamic and strengths-based approaches. After an initial evaluation, we will work together to determine your goals and an action plan that is based on what you want to accomplish, not based on what I think you should work on. I see therapy as collaborative: I will never tell you what to do, I will never judge you or the choices you make and our work together will never be based on my own agenda. I believe that you will always be more of an expert on you than I will ever be. My best metaphor: I have the steering wheel…. you have the accelerator and the brake pedal.
